- Use the link provided to get started in GotSport.
- After starting (but if you haven’t finished), you can use the same link to continue registration or just go to www.gotsport.com and log in.
- Select the child you are registering (the player is the “registrant”); or click “add family member” if you already have an account but need to add someone new to register them (be sure to add their name, gender and date of birth).
- Under “Profile” (at the top): Make sure the info is correct if the player is already in the system and click “Save”
- If you are adding a new family member, enter the required information. There is no need to include a “graduation year” .You do not need to add a photo for Rec players.
- Under “Parents”: If the parent/guardian on the right is correct, click “Continue”. If you need to add a parent/guardian, do so at this step (click on “select” under “add parent/guardian”). This is your chance to add a second parent/guardian if you wish to do so (this helps with additional emails in the system to receive notifications).
- Under “Emergency Info”: Add emergency contacts and medical information. This is not required but is highly recommended.
- Under “Registration”: Answer any questions applicable to your registration (such as school or grade). You can also add any comments here (including any requests). You may have to “sign” (using a mouse or touch pad) your agreement with the terms of registration.
- Under “Payment”: You can choose to pay either by check or by credit/debit card. Your registration is not complete until payment is made.
- Under “Features” (for donations and scholarships): Add in any donations you would like to make (if you want to make a donation that is not shown, you can donate “multiples” of the options shown – for example, if you want to donate $75, you can select “1” for $50 and “1” for $25; if you want to donate $200, you can select “2” for $100).
- If you have a scholarship code, enter it in the box above the suggested donations, then click on “apply”. Then “Continue”.
- Click on “checkout” OR – if you are registering another child to the same program, click on “Register Someone Else” (but if you want to register someone else to a different program, you need to start over with the correct link for that program).
- Choose if you are paying by check/money order or credit/debit card using the drop down menu under “select payment method”. Enter your credit/debit card information if you chose that option; then click on “pay”. Also click on “agree to payment terms”.
- Then click on “register”. If you do NOT get a confirmation email (it may not be immediate), you have not completed the registration process properly.
